지금 당장은 모르겠습니다. 이렇게 표현할 수 있습니다.

두 문장 모두 지금 당장은 모르겠다는 표현인데 느낌은 조금 다릅니다.

I don’t know right off the bat.은 지금 당장, 현 시점에서는 답을 주지 못하겠다. 조금 더 시간이 필요하다는 뜻 이 담겼습니다.

I wouldn’t know right off the bat.은 지금 당장 답을 줄 수 있을 것 같기는 한데, 정확한 답이 아닐 것 같아 주지 못하겠다는 뜻이 담겼습니다.

만약 어떤 사람이 차 번호를 달라고 했을 때, 앞에 글자는 생각이 나는데 나머지 번호가 생각이 안나면,
