Ivory Coast: U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken met Ivory Coast President Alassane Ouattara in Abidjan on Tuesday. Blinken announced $45 billion in new funding through the U.S. strategy to prevent conflict and promote stability for coastal West African states.
