Heavy gunfire was heard in Khartoum Friday despite calls for a truce during the Eid al-Fitr, the Muslim holiday that marks the end of the Islamic holy month of Ramadan. More than 400 people have been killed and over 3,500 others were hurt in the fighting, the World Health Organization said Friday.
