Hukumar zaben Najeriya INEC, ta ce a ranar 23 ga watan nan na Maris, za ta sake gudanar da zabuka a wasu mazabu da rumfunan zabe da ke jihohin Adamawa, Bauchi, Filato, Kano, Sokoto da Benue.
Hukumar ta INEC ta bayyana hakan ne a wata sanarwa da ta wallafa a shafinta na Twitter, dauke da sa hannun daya daga cikin kwamishinoninta, Festus Okoye.
Sanarwar ta ce hukumar ta dauki matakin ne, bayan wani zama da ta yi a jiya Talata, inda ta yi nazari kan yadda aka gudanar da zabuka a jihohi 29 da kuma mazabun ‘yan majalisar dokokin jiha 991, wadanda aka yi a ranar 9 ga watan Maris.
Hukumar ta ce, an ayyana zabukan a matsayin wadanda ba a kammala ba ne, saboda dalilai masu yawa, mafi aksari, saboda yadda aka daina amfani da na’ura mai tantance masu kada kuri’a ko kuma inda aka gaza kai na’urorin, ko kuma aka jefa kuri’u fiye da kima ko kuma aka samu hatsaniya a wasu rumfunan zabe.
A cewar INEC, lura da dokokin zabe na sashi 26 da 53 na kundin tsarin dokokin zabe da aka yi wa garanbawul na shekarar 2010, za a iya cewa, ba a san matsayar wadannan zabuka ba, har sai an sake su.
Sanarwar ta kara da cewa, kwamishinan zaben jihar Bauchi ya gabatar da wani rahoto kan yadda aka samu hatsaniya a karamar hukumar Tafawa Balewa a wajen tattara sakamakon zaben, lamarin da ya sa aka soke zaben karamar hukumar baki daya aka kuma kafa wani kwamiti domin ya gudanar da bincike.
