Bethuel Ssebyala, CEO and founder of BOCHIN - Boy Child Initiative, created this male-led organization in Uganda to mentor boys into becoming men. VOA’s Auriane Itangishaka spoke to Bethuel about his organization’s mission and the challenges he faces in trying to bring them together. He also discusses the importance of the boys’ upbringing to develop them into caring, respectful and loving men and what parents, guardians, and caretakers can teach their young boys to become men of value in the future.
