VOA’s Auriane Itangishaka alongside her co-hosts Ndimyake Mwakalyelye, Simegnish Yekoye, and Amina Aliyu spoke to Christina Kwauk, Research Director at Unbounded Associates, about the intersection between girls’ education and climate action. Dr. Kwauk explains the concept of “a new green learning agenda”, which includes three approaches to provide quality education for climate action. She also shares what governments in Africa can do to promote the green learning agenda and how the global education community can continue to educate young people around the world about the climate crisis.
