Somalia: The election commission of the breakaway Somaliland region has declared opposition candidate Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi the winner of the weekend’s presidential election with 63.92 percent of the vote, well ahead of outgoing president Muse Bihi at 34.81 percent.
