Congo’s army spokesman has released the name of the third person involved in a foiled coup plot in Kinshasa. Brigadier General Sylvain Ekenge identified the third person as Taylor Thomson, an American. Christian Malanga, leader of the plot, was killed Sunday in a shootout following the attack.
