Twitter: SERAP Ta Shigar Da Buhari, Lai Mohammed Kara A Kotu

Makonni biyu da suka gabata hukumomin Najeriya suka haramta amfani da shafin wanda suka ce yana barazana ga zaman lafiyar kasar.

Kungiyar SERAP mai gwagwarmayar yaki da cin hanci da rashawa da tabbatar da adalci a Najeriya, ta shigar da hukumomin kasar kara a gaban wata babbar kotun Abuja.

Cikin wata sanarwa da ta fitar a shafinta na Facebook, SERAP ta ce ta nemi kotun da “ta dakatar da gwamnatin Najeriya da Ministan yada labarai Mr. Lai Mohammed daga umarnin da suka bayar wanda ya sabawa doka, inda suka ba kafafen talabjin da na rediyo umarnin su goge shafinsu na Twitter.”

Kungiyar har ila yau ta nemi kotun da ta hana gwamnatin tarayyar aiwatar da wani mataki da ta ce za ta dauka, na hukunta manema labarai ko kafafen yada labarai da suka yi amfani da shafin na Twitter.

Haramcin na zuwa ne bayan da kamfanin na Twitter ya goge wani sakon da shugaban kasar Muhammadu Buhari ya wallafa wanda ya yi gargadi ga masu ta da kayar baya a kudu maso gabashin Najeriya, sakon da Twitter ya ce ya saba ka’idojinsa.

Sai dai a wannan kara da SERAP ta shigar a karshen makon nan, mai lamba FHC/ABJ/496/2021 a kotun ta Abuja, ta nemi da “a hana gwamnatin Shugaba Buhari, da hukumar kula da kafafen yada labarai ta NBC, Lai Muhammed da duk da wani da ke da hannu a lamarin,” yin katsalandan kan duk al’amuran da suka shafi kafafen sada zumunta da na yada labarai.

Wannan kara da SERAP ta shigar na zuwa ne kusan mako biyu, bayan da ta shigar da makamanciyarta a gaban kotun kungiyar kasashen ECOWAS.
