U.S. President Joe Biden wants to re-establish military-to-military ties with China, White House national security adviser Jake Sullivan said. Biden is set to meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping on the sidelines of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit in San Francisco this week.
