US signals conditional support for future government in Syria

Following the fall of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, the Biden administration said it will support a transition toward a nonsectarian government accountable to the Syrian people. However, in less than six weeks, there will be a new US administration under Donald Trump, who has signaled a more hands-off approach. White House Bureau Chief Patsy Widakuswara has this report.
