US, Russia Talk Cooperation, but No Breakthroughs

The United States and Russia are vowing to continue discussions on how they can work more closely on critical issues around the globe. This follows a trip by U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry to Sochi, Russia, where he met with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov after more than a year of escalating tensions.
