US-backed Forces Say Syria's Terror Threat Will Remain After IS Defeat

While the recent recapture of the Syrian city of Raqqa is a significant blow to the Islamic State and will help seal the defeat of the militants, U.S.-backed Syrian Democratic Forces say the country likely will remain unstable for years because of other militant groups. VOA's Mahmoud Bali reports.
