US Central Bank Says No Change in Interest Rates, for Now

The U.S. central bank says interest rates will remain unchanged, for now. But members of the Federal Open Market Committee, which concluded its two-day meeting Wednesday, have not ruled out a rate increase later this year. Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen said the U.S. economy appears to be recovering after a brief slump this year. VOA's Mil Arcega reports.
