Turkey’s Erdogan Regains Majority in Parliament

The party of Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan won back control of parliament in snap elections held Sunday amid an atmosphere of tension. With 98 percent of the votes counted, Erdogan's Justice and Development Party won nearly 50 percent of the vote and enough seats to form a majority government. VOA Europe correspondent Luis Ramirez reports from Istanbul voter turnout was very high - 86 percent.
