Study: Former Al-Qaida Terrorists Training Islamic State Cells in Europe
There are direct links between the al-Qaida terror networks of the last decade, and the Islamic State-linked terror cells in Europe that have carried out a series of attacks in recent months, according to a new report. The study by the London-based analyst group, the Henry Jackson Society, calls for better monitoring of potential recruits to prevent them from being radicalized by convicted terrorists.
