Rights group decry Trump’s plan to detain migrants in Guantanamo

Rights groups are pushing back against President Donald Trump’s order to detain undocumented migrants at the Migrant Operations Center at the U.S. naval base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. While migrants have been held in Guantanamo under previous administrations, these groups say what Trump is doing is different. White House Bureau Chief Patsy Widakuswara has this report.
