Reopening of US Embassy in Cuba Sparks Passions

The reopening of the U.S. Embassy in Cuba after 54 years has sparked hopes as well as suspicions in both countries. The Cuban-American community in Miami is sharply divided on the issue and passions rose to fever pitch Friday as the U.S. flag went up at the embassy in Havana. One side hails the resumption of diplomatic relations as a new opportunity for people in both countries. The other is angered by what it considers Washington caving in to an unjust regime.
