Plan aims to minimize effects of climate disasters in Horn of Africa

As countries face increasing risks of climate-related disasters, in the Horn of Africa, a trade bloc has partnered with humanitarian organizations to develop a disaster preparedness program to enhance early warning systems and strengthen risk management across the eight member states.
