N. Dakota Oil Production Continues Despite Pipeline Halt

Environmental activists and Native Americans are applauding the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' decision to deny an easement for the Dakota Access Pipeline. But some activists worry that President-elect Donald Trump could reverse the decision after he is inaugurated on January 20.
