Months After IS, Mosul Struggles to Restore Its Tar Factory

Before Islamic State seized it in 2014, Mosul's Tar Factory was producing about 30,000 tons of tar each month, making it the largest bulk producer of road tar in northern Iraq. But due to years of IS occupation and the Iraqi operation to retake the city, the factory has been struggling to restart its operations. VOA's Kawa Omar reports.
