In Shattered Ukraine Town, Residents Rebuild Lives

Residents of Debaltseve in eastern Ukraine are starting to rebuild their lives after heavy fighting last month destroyed hundreds of buildings and forced many people to flee. Russian-backed separatists took control of the strategic town in February, days after a cease-fire agreement with Ukraine's Kyiv government was signed. As Adam Bailes reports, people are returning to their homes, now part of what the separatists call the Donetsk People's Republic (DNR).
