US Homeowners, Utility Companies Clash Over Rooftop Solar

Solar energy production in the U.S. continues to grow at a rate of 60 percent a year. But as more and more homeowners adopt solar energy, some others are complaining that the trend unfairly shifts the cost of maintaining the nation's electrical grid to nonsolar customers.
