Governments Taking Steps to Prevent a Recession

The coronavirus outbreak, which has infected over 92,000 people and claimed over 3,100 lives, is threatening global economies, disrupting markets and causing the United States and other countries to take steps to prevent a recession. VOA Correspondent Mariama Diallo has more from Washington
