The South African International Ballet Competition was forced online this year due to COVID-19. But becoming the first international ballet competition to go entirely virtual didn’t detract supporters. The competition earlier this month attracted competitors from 30 countries around the world, the largest participation ever for the biennial event. Marize de Klerk reports from Johannesburg.
