Democrats See Encouraging Signs for 2020 in Tuesday's Elections

U.S. Democrats are celebrating election victories in the states of Virginia and Kentucky that could possibly point to trouble for President Donald Trump and his bid for re-election next year. VOA National correspondent Jim Malone reports that suburban voters flocked to the Democrats on Tuesday, giving them an edge they may deploy against the president in 2020.
