The theme for the third day of the Democratic National Convention is "Working Together." Previous speakers included Vice President Joe Biden and Michael Bloomberg.

Biden describes Obama as “one of the finest presidents we have ever had. This is a man of character. And he’s become a brother to Jill and me. And Michelle, I don’t know where you are, kid, but you’re incredible. You are incredible!”

To loud cheers from the crowd.

He praised the first lady’s speech Monday, then adds, “Barack and I married way up."

Joe Biden enters the stage to theme from the movie "Rocky," in which the pugilist played by Sly Stallone trains by running up the steps to Philadelphia’s Art Museum.

The crowd is on its feet, many chanting, "Joe!"
