Brazil is Destination or Stopover for Refugees

Escaping the world's conflict zones — like Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan — is not easy. For those lucky enough to leave, there are few countries around the world willing to accept refugees from war-torn regions. Several of those countries are in South America. Increasingly over the last five years, Brazil has been used both as a destination and transit point to Europe and the U.S. Jeff Swicord reports from Rio de Janeiro.
