After talks, Trump pauses tariffs on Mexican and Canadian exports

President Donld Trump has said he will “pause” tariffs on Mexico for one month as Mexico agrees to send troops to the border to stem the flow of drugs and migrants to the U.S. and Washington agrees to try to stop weapons from entering Mexico. In a decision welcomed by human rights groups, Uganda’s Supreme Court recently ruled that trying civilians in military courts is unconstitutional.
