WHO: Israel agrees to daily pauses in Gaza for polio vaccinations

Humanitarian officials say Israel will allow a series of daily humanitarian pauses for a large-scale polio vaccination campaign in Gaza. The resurgence of the dangerous, contagious virus is an alarming development in the besieged exclave, where conflict has stripped out massive amounts of civilian infrastructure over more than 10 months of conflict.
