Troops at the US Border are Stringing Wire and Building Barracks

U.S. Defense Secretary Jim Mattis travels to the U.S.-Mexico border Wednesday to visit some of the thousands of troops that have been called up to assist in security operations there. Celia Mendoza with VOA’s Latin America Service is already there and reports from the Brownsville port of entry located right below one of the international bridges between Matamoros, Mexico and the U.S. state of Texas.
