Washington Residents Celebrate Halloween With Healthy Run Through Cemetery

Kids - and a lot of adults - around the country are counting the hours left until they can celebrate the spookiest night of the year – Halloween. But some folks prefer not to wait – celebrations, parties and events dedicated to All Hallows' Eve are in full swing.
