Trump's School Safety Plan Does Not Include Restrictions on Gun Sales

The White House on Monday said U.S. school safety measures will be similar to those implemented at airports, stadiums and government buildings. Under President Donald Trump's plan, teachers and other school staff could be trained to use guns to protect students. But restricting gun sales is not a prominent feature in the White House plan. The administration is looking into ways to prevent mass shootings at schools. VOA's Zlatica Hoke has more.
