The U.S. Federal Communications Commission is set to repeal a set of Obama-era rules that would guarantee what's called Net Neutrality. But it could radically change the way we get information on the Internet. VOA's American Café spoke with Dr. Barbara Cherry of Indiana University - who worked both for A T & T and the FCC - about the issue.
