Former US Ambassador to S. Korea: Pyongyang's Nuclear Program Offensive

Former U.S. Ambassador to South Korea Christopher Hill says North Korea's current leader does not seem to be interested in any talks on de-nuclearization. In an interview with VOA's Mandarin Service, the former ambassador also said the United States needs a stronger diplomatic team to tackle these issues. Zlatica Hoke reports.
