Obama: African-American Museum Shows Protest and Love of Country 'Inform Each Other'

President Barack Obama, in an impassioned speech, pointed out the highs and lows of being black in America, from slavery and Jim Crow segregation to voting rights and economic leaders. As he spoke, tens of thousands were on hand as the Smithsonian's National Museum of African American History and Culture was opened.
