Obama Honors Americans Whose Work Reflects ‘National Soul’

The White House is honoring a group of Americans whose work President Barack Obama said reflects America’s soul. He awarded the National Medal of Arts and the National Humanities Medal to a group of citizens ranging from a well-known actor and comedian to a chef.
