World Bank President Jim Yong Kim says he’s worried about the weak global economy and low oil prices. He also weighed in on the controversy surrounding the use of offshore accounts by some wealthy people, often to avoid paying taxes. Kim outlined his concerns ahead of high level meetings of IMF/World Bank officials this weekend. Mil Arcega reports.
