Kerry Insists Common Ground Possible in Syria Talks
Two days before world powers gather in Vienna to accelerate diplomatic efforts to end the Syria crisis, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry told an audience in Washington that a solution to Syria's civil war is not imminent.
