Powerful Student Action Forces US University President to Resign
The president of the University of Missouri has resigned following weeks of protests by students who say he did not deal adequately with racial and minority discrimination on campus. The announcement comes in time to prevent a costly boycott of Saturday's game by the university's football team, which supports the protesters. President Tim Wolfe's resignation also brought to an end to a week-long hunger strike by one black student. Zlatica Hoke reports.
