Afghanistan Takes Control of Security from NATO

Afghanistan's President Hamid Karzai and NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen, have presided at ceremonies transitioning the nation's security responsibilities to Afghan forces from the international military coalition, amid continued violence in the nation. Jeff Custer reports.
