The Quad Counters China’s Vaccine Diplomacy
The U.S., Japan, Australia and India, the grouping also known as the Quad, announced Friday financing agreements to support ramping up production in India of up to a billion doses of coronavirus vaccine, to be used in Southeast Asian countries.
