US Housing Market Still Strong
The U.S. housing market continues to show strength. Duch Darin, an economist, said the main factors are the decline of foreclosures, the increase in the number of houses sold and the increase in the sale price of most homes. Other factor is the Federal Reserve’s action to keep interest rate low and to order banks to increase its reserve and lending. VOA Khmer's Ker Yann has the interview.
