被很多人认为是继刘晓波案之后中国最重大的异议人士受审案的许志永案星期三(1月22日)早晨在北京的一家法院开庭审理。从今早开始，法院门外就有大批警察戒备，驱赶记者；一些访民在法院外集会要求无罪释放许志永，遭警察抓捕。
