More than 100 people were killed after Israeli troops fired on a crowd of Palestinians waiting for aid, witnesses said. The Israeli military said in a statement that dozens of people were hurt amid pushing and trampling as a crowd tried to take aid from trucks during a delivery in northern Gaza.
