U.S. President Donald Trump on Wednesday said he and Russian President Vladimir Putin have agreed to begin negotiations on ending the war in Ukraine. Trump told reporters that Putin "wants peace" and he believes a ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine will happen "in the “not too distant future.”
