U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken met Monday with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing on the second day of a visit aimed at stabilizing relations between the two powers. Blinken is the highest-level U.S. official to visit China since U.S. President Joe Biden took office in 2021.
