‘Something is killing me’, ~(무엇 무엇) 때문에 죽겠다는 뜻으로, 무엇 때문에 너무 힘들거나 괴로울 때 쓸 수 있는 영어 표현입니다. 예를 들어 ‘머리가 아파 죽겠어요’ ‘I have a severe headache’ 해도 되지만, ‘my head is killing me.’ 해도 됩니다.
또 어떤 음식이 너무 매울 때, ‘이거 너무 매워! 매워 죽겠어!’ 영어로 ‘This is so spicy. This is killing me!’ 라고 나타낼 수 도 있죠!
