Live Blog: Cambodia's Opposition Returns

Human Rights Watch Thursday morning called for the Cambodian government to allow opposition leaders to return from exile.

According to Reuters, Malaysian immigration authorities have detained Mu Sochua, vice president of the disbanded Cambodia National Rescue Party.

Human Rights Watch released a statement this morning calling on the Cambodian government to allow leaders of Cambodia National Rescue Party to return to Cambodia and allow all political activities to resume freely.
