The 3rd Science and Engineering Festival aims to encourage young Cambodians to better understand STEM education (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). Participants mostly students are taking part in experiments on the first day of the festival being held from March 9 to 11, 2017 in Phnom Penh.
